Pinealon 20mg

Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide with the sequence Glu-Asp-Arg, which is why it is also referred to as the EDR peptide. It originated in Professor Vladimir Khavinson’s short peptide bioregulator program in St. Petersburg. It has no known surface receptor: its proposed mechanism is epigenetic, i.e. regulation of gene expression through direct binding to DNA.

Research focuses on neural tissue. This includes neuroprotection in animal models of Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s disease, restoration of dendritic spines in in vitro models, cell viability with simultaneous suppression of free radicals, and cognitive function in behavioral tests in rats. Pinealon is not approved by the FDA or EMA.
