IPAMORELIN
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide classified as a selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R). The chemical sequence of the peptide is Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2.
Structure and Research
In preclinical studies, Ipamorelin has been investigated as an agonist of the GHS-R receptor. Unlike other peptides in this class, preclinical models suggest that Ipamorelin does not exhibit significant activation of ACTH or cortisol secretion at the concentrations studied.
Ipamorelin is the third generation of synthetic GH secretagogues and is the subject of research for its binding properties on the GHS-R1a receptor system.
For Research Purposes Only
This product is used exclusively for scientific and laboratory purposes. It is not a drug for humans or animals, nor a dietary supplement. Research on this peptide takes place in a strictly defined laboratory environment.
Ipamorelin Dosing:
The dosing of Ipamorelin is determined by laboratory staff based on the needs and nature of the research.
